This cotton filling machine is a complete 3-in-1 system consisting of an opening machine, an air blower, and a filling main machine. It is designed for opening and filling PP cotton, polyester fiber, siliconized cotton, and other short fiber materials into plush toys, pillows, cushions, sofa backrests, and garment linings.
The opening machine loosens compressed raw cotton into fluffy fiber, the air blower conveys the fiber through a pipeline, and the filling machine injects it into the product through interchangeable filling tubes. Three tube sizes (18mm / 28mm / 38mm) are included to match different product sizes.
The machine is easy to operate, requires minimal training, and is suitable for small to medium-sized toy and home textile factories.
